Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Travel Planner at travelplanner.simplitech.app (the “Service”), operated by SimpliTech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by Clerk; you also agree to Clerk's terms when signing in.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • - scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or model outputs in bulk;
  • - circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or quota controls;
  • - upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content;
  • - use the Service to build a competing product;
  • - impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the trip content you create. By publishing a template publicly to the community library, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view and clone that template within the Service. By using social-collection features, you confirm you have the right to save and analyze the linked posts.

4. AI-generated content

Itineraries, summaries, place extractions, and other AI outputs are generated by third-party large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini). They may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any travel-critical detail — including visa requirements, opening hours, prices, transportation, and safety — before relying on it. The Service is a planning aid, not professional travel advice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free, Pro ($5/month), and Pro Max ($15/month) plans are available. Paid subscriptions are billed by LemonSqueezy on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices are shown in USD and may change with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from inside the app; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We generally do not refund partial periods. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@simplitech.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, or change features at any time, including AI model availability, plan limits, and pricing. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpliTech and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or travel costs (including missed flights, booked accommodations, or canceled activities) arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
